Core Facilities | NMR spectroscopy facility

The NMR spectroscopy facility supports researchers with NMR analysis of small and medium-sized molecules through service, collaboration and interdisciplinary interaction. The facility now has two 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers, with main focus on chemically derived small molecule drug development, providing services such as molecular structure identification, quantitative analysis, monitoring chemical reactions and chemical mechanism determination, and meanwhile, supporting and welcoming all interdisciplinary research activities within the scope of competence.

The facility can measure spectra at variable temperatures and carry out experiments such as one-dimensional 1H, 13C, 15N, 31P, 19F, 11B, 29Si, 17O, 109Ag and 195Pt, and multidimensional COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, DOSY, HSQC-TOCSY, and also dynamic experiments.
